Agreement to terms

By visiting aseelleathers.com or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. If something here doesn't sit right with you, get in touch before ordering and we'll gladly talk it through.

Products and descriptions

Every piece is handmade from full-grain leather, which means natural variation in grain, color, and markings is expected and is not a defect. Photos are a close representation, but no two hides are identical, so the exact piece you receive may differ slightly from images shown on the site.

Orders and pricing

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example if a piece turns out to be unavailable or if we suspect fraudulent activity — in which case we'll notify you and issue a full refund.

Personalization

When you request engraving or personalization, you're responsible for the spelling and accuracy of the text you provide. We'll confirm the layout with you before engraving, but once a personalized piece has been made, it cannot be resold and is final sale except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your card details on our own systems.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery timelines shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control are not something we can be held responsible for, though we'll always do what we can to help resolve them.

Intellectual property

The Aseel name, logo, and site content belong to ASEEL LEATHERS and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

ASEEL LEATHERS is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website, beyond the value of the order itself, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
