How do I place an order?
Simply add your chosen products to the cart and complete checkout. You'll get an order confirmation by email right away.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at aseelleathers@gmail.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the UAE, with delivery in 1-3 business days depending on your location.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and order size.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details by email so you can follow its progress.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. See our full Refund Policy for details.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
What if I received a defective or wrong item?
