Return & Exchange Policy
What's eligible
We want you to be genuinely happy with a piece, not just accept it. Here's how eligibility works:
- Non-personalized wallets, belts, and bags
- Unused and in original condition
- Within 7 days of delivery
- Manufacturing defects, at any time
- Personalized or engraved pieces
- Items showing signs of wear or use
- Requests made after 7 days
How it works
Get in touch within 7 days
Email us at aseelleathers@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order details and the reason for the return.
We confirm eligibility
We'll let you know whether the piece qualifies for an exchange and walk you through the next steps.
Send it back
Pack the piece in its original condition and packaging. We'll confirm the return address and any pickup arrangement.
Exchange or store credit
Once we've received and inspected the piece, we'll arrange an exchange for another item or issue store credit.
Manufacturing defects
If a piece arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect — a seam that wasn't stitched properly, hardware that failed early, or similar — reach out with photos and we'll repair, replace, or refund it, no matter how long it's been.
Refunds
Given the handmade nature of each piece, our default is exchange or store credit rather than a cash refund. If a suitable exchange isn't possible, we'll work out a fair resolution with you directly.
